Global FHE Key

The protocol has a global FHE key component, which is used to encrypt and decrypt the confidential data. This system operates on an asymmetric key model, where clients use a public key to encrypt data. The corresponding private key is not held by any single validator; instead, it is distributed among the network via the decentralized Key Management System (KMS). Decryption requires a threshold signature approach using Multi-Party Computation (MPC), ensuring that confidential data can only be accessed through collective agreement among validators. This distributed design enhances confidentiality and security across the network.
